The school  of young scientists “Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, conducted by the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, will be held at the Institute of Cytology and Genetics 22 to 25September, 2011 in Novosibirsk. School program provides lectures by leading russian and foreign scholars on contemporary developments in the field of systems biology, modern methods of research and concrete examples of genomic sequences, mathematical modeling of gene networks and developmental processes.

The aim of the scientific school is to provide an effective communication and understanding among  students and young scientists, and get them in touch with modern issues in the field of bioinformatics and systems biology. School program for young scientists and will include oral presentations of participants of the school. According to the results of scientific reports of young scientists the best works will be nominated.

Section schools for young scientists:

1) genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics
2) Computer modeling in developmental biology
3) Computer analysis of genetic networks
4) Simulation of population genetics

To participate in the school must register before August 25 and attach the abstract to the conference websiteParticipants are listeners are also welcomed.

Working school languages are English and Russian.

Registration fee for participation in the school of young scientists: 500 rubles.
